Continued: Also see related: Intel's Thunderbolt: What you need to know (FAQ) news.cnet.com fac: in my opinion Intel may be missing a huge opportunity here, despite all of the obvious benefits related to improvements in speed and multiplexing capabilities, by shooting too low in terms of improving overall link lengths/distance and transparency capabilities... but that's to be expected when sticking with copper and "multimode" fiber specifications that were created for another era... someday... ------
