That is the most bizarre response I have ever seen a company make. It may be fair to surmise that there was no abandonment of patents etc. Orchestra Therapeutics was the name given after Immune Response went to pennies. I wonder if the same people are involved in the current company as those who were the original Immune Response Company------if so they may have used the bankruptcy of Immun e Response to form again under a new name.
