Jay Carney took over as Press Secretary when Gibbs left. Ive seen Jay a few times on TV and does anyone else wonder why he was chosen? He is not smooth at all - seems to measure each word coming out of his mouth. I would have thought a more skillful speaker would have been chosen as the Presidents mouthpiece for the Press Corp.
