Need help from the forum with my situation. I signed a contract to purchase a home, it is a short sale, the seller was to pay for the termite inspection and repairs. Finally the short sale got approved by the lender, we are ready to open escrow, but the seller wants me to sign an addendum to the contract that he is selling the house in as is condition and will not pay for the termite inspection and repairs. What are my options?
