Authorized = 20 mil. Float = 7mil. Float was supposed to increase by 2 mil. (I think ) from 504 financing, which is already supposed to be completed. Where are all these shares coming from ? Is the company selling shares that are not included in the float to raise more money than was needed from the 504 financing, or is this part of cost of acquisition paid to firms acquired now being sold into market ? I am long in this company, and will continue to be, but this is getting a little strange. I think it's time for some more facts about exactly what is happening. Is the float growing beyond 7 mil. shares. If someone could call and find out, I'd really appreciate it. This is a good thread, and it would be nice to keep it updated with the facts as they are known. Helps the overall credibility of the company. Thanks in advance, David
