I went to our local health food store that carries Lifeway Kefir. They also only carry the low-fat. I asked him to order the no-fat, and he said that he would. I then asked about the cheese and other products that are coming out. He could not find them in his supply list, but said that he would keep an eye our for them. I left him a description from the Lifeway Home Page. Evidently the new products are not yet widely available. The manager said that there was a small but very loyal group of customers that like Kefir. I bought some and asked the clerk at the check-out stand if they sold much Kefir. She said that she did sell a lot of it. Holding and thinking of adding to my position. Good luck to all!!!
