24-25 starts twitching my buying lust but where's the levels of support below that,por favor,just out of curiousity.

If the offering is in October then it seems to me that:a)they need money for expansion real soon which supports your contention.or b)they're concerned with the market taking a major dump pretty soon and not recovering for a while or c)they're concerned about some news in the next few months adversely affecting RAIN.Otherwise,why not wait for post X-mas when barring calamities the share price should be higher.Also,can they announce specific expansion plans before they have the offering to finance it?
