If you don't want lighter fluid in your crackers, buy organic.

This will be my first and last cooking class. LOL

Use fresh sliced vegetables for crackers. Fresh sliced cucumber with a bit of fresh ground pepper and a favorite cracker topping makes a great cracker. We had a few with chopped onion and smoked salmon last night.

Or learn to dehydrate to make crackers.

Here is one way.

1 cup soaked sunflower seeds
1 cup soaked walnuts
1 cup soaked almonds
1 tomato
1 cup red onion (chopped)
3 tablespoons flaxseed
3 teaspoons cumin seed
2 teaspoons salt

Mix in food processor. Spread on parchment paper or TefIon sheets. Make them very thin.

Then using a pizza cutter, cut in squares. That makes them easier to break into pieces when dry.

Follow instructions for your dehydrator.
