Jim, Sandisk has agreement with Matsushita in Japan and UMC in Taiwan to make the flash chips. I think the flash chips will have the Sandisk logo on it. The high density flash chips will be made by NEC and I think both Sandisk and NEC logo will show up on it. I also believe that the money from the secondary will go into building more fabs. A year ago, as IOM was cash poor and not able to meet demand, the Zip drives were made by Epson but had the Iomega trademark on it. Mike.
