<<AMERICA ONLINE INC (NYSE:AOL - news) Down 2 1/8 to 68 1/2... PaineWebber believes shares down on profit taking, maintains buy... Co. unavailable.>>

"Profit taking"? What profits? From when PaineWebber was pumping AOL at 90? In just three weeks, AOL stock has lost 25% of its value!

All this tells me that AOL has much farther to fall. There's no way that all the institutions that wanted to leave have left already. So the brokerage analysts will have to huff and puff and blow AOL back up to 70 or so to give the institutions another shot.

I had thought that hitting 65 would bring out the "hold" recommendations. But apparently there's lots more institutional stock to be sold.

At the end of this bounce, I'll pounce.
