Ok: So I'll answer my own question. After having talked with the company, I think that this may be a good buying opportunity, but don't take my word for it.

There should be a press release tomorrow that may or may not help the stock. If the press release comes out, my faith in the company will be supported, if not, I will seriously think of getting out on the next up turn.

There has been a delay w/ the Conestoga aquisition due to lawsuits, but according to NAAC, this delay should not inhibit them from gaining the stock to the aforementioned company. It is in the best interest of Conestoga for the NAAC price to be as low as possible so that the conversion price will be in their favor.

In other words, if NAAC owes Conestoga 10 million dollars in stock, then they would get more shares if the price is lower. That is MY take on what the company told me. Please take it with a grain of salt or the whole salt shaker if you are extremely conservative.

Good Luck to All
