SOURCES SAY OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE CHARGES COULD COME THIS WEEK By Polly Davis Doig, Newser Staff Posted Feb 27, 2011 10:37 AM CST (NEWSER) – Fox News boss Roger Ailes might have to pencil in some time this week to face obstruction of justice charges, reports Henry Blodget at Business Insider. The indictment, which sources say could come "this week, maybe even Monday," would stem from allegations that Ailes told Judith Regan to lie to federal investigators in order to protect Rudy Giuliani. "If the scuttlebutt is true, THIS will be the trial of the century," notes Blodget.
