Hi Noblesse: This decline has been a one way street, downtown.
Over the past ten weeks or so the largest up day was 11/16 of
a point. We have now had two days up 5/8 of a point, today
was one of them. This kind of fall usually ends with a violent
rally. I expect one soon!! See ya in the morning!!
