We have home computer - something caused the blue screen of death, could have been a microsoft update, don't know for sure.
Also, the CD drive was broken, so my wife ordered and replaced the CD drive so we can use the system restore disk.
Now here's the problem, it is only giving the option of factory initial settings, says user partition will be lost. I'm guessing all our files, pictures, everything lost ,and this is what we were trying to recover. Any solution???
