If you want to recover your files, you can take it to a computer service center.

Have to be careful you can make it worse.

Another way would be to pull the C: out of the computer, get a USB enclosure, change the C: drive to slave and you should have access to your files.

If you are not sure, take it in, let the guys who do this every day solve your problem.
