Just thinking out loud here, but with the deal structure noted below (final part of the deal):

Upon the final closing, in consideration for acquiring the balance of a 93-per-cent interest in each of Stirling and Cortec UK, the company will pay to the vendors approximately $15,161,528 (Australian) in cash, which amount is subject to adjustment in accordance with the terms of the acquisition agreement and receipt of the acceptance of the exchange, and will issue to the vendors up to 28,702,353 common shares of the company.

PAW will need a lot of cash at closing. I assume the money will be or already is lined up but I also assume those who will finance will keep the stock price suppressed until that PP is closed?
