B.O. You're falling into that "perma-bear" trap. It's just as unproductive as being a "perma-bull". Be an opportunist to make money. Who cares what side it's on. I'm short 9 stocks right now and one index. If IOM was a short, you and me would be doing the two-step. But it isn't. So, since we're all here to make money, why not go long? The trend is your friend and in this case, the trend is UP.
