Looks like the market liked the Berk report up about 3% today and I believe it was up 2% on Friday. PHI and MDC are coming close to 52 week lows. PHI pays out 7% and has a P/E of 10. The USA dollar continues to get weaker against most all currencies and I am getting a little frustrated because I was expecting a rally so I could get out, but it is not happening.
