"Cook's recent statement that Apple won't seed any market should make things interesting for those already celebrating Android's dominance."

Even more interesting is how Cook hints at Apple moving downmarket while decrying Android "fragmentation" in his the same breath. How would Apple expand to other market segments without fragmenting iOS more than it already is? And honestly, isn't the spector of fragmentation overblown?
