From the customer's viewpoint they are the bogey man. Within another 18 months Chase will have displaced numerous American families through short sales and foreclosures.

My understanding is that Chase will profit from the insurance payoffs when they foreclose on families. So why should they care--------foreclose and collect the profits.

This is reminiscent of the early days in America when these robber barons crossed the USA wanting to buy oil rigs on people's properties------when people refused, suddenly they found their rigs damaged.

Now it's the foreclosure game-----in much the same fashion---the robber barons are crossing America taking land and homes like like a child pigging out on a bag of candy.
