My policy on any new software I buy/aquire:

1. It MUST be on CD.
2. Or it can be downloaded on the web.
3. If it comes on 1.44 floppies I avoid it.

With so many people getting on the web, and personal web space easly avalible, if I had to send software or files anywhere I would put it on my web site and have people download it or attach it to an e-mail.
