RE: A few positives to the 2 for 1 split.

Here are some positives to the stock split (some off of Ken Marcus' site and some of my own):

* It will help remove or soften pre-split resistances. Do we really expect resistance at 17.5 (post-split)? I would have expected some at 35 (pre-split).

* Employee option grants, as mentioned in the release.

* Double the number of shares will make it more attractive to institutions. Often, they have self-imposed limitations that keep them from buying stock based on the number of shares. They like lots of shares and volume so that they can enter a position without making a major impact on the stock price.

* Cheaper share price makes it more attractive to individual investors.

* Increased optimism about management.

* It shows that management expects the stock price to appreciate considerably.

* It's a great Christmas present!
