Wouldn't it depend on what their constituents wanted instead of what the polls say?
What is the deference between a focus group and a poll?
Does a Dumasarat Senator do what his constituents want or does he do what the Dumasarat party ask him to do. Does he do what his contituents want or does he do what only his Dumasarat constituents want? Where does a US Senator's loyalities lie? Does one do what gets him the most votes or what is best for his constituents, his party, or his country?
