Just bought a Cyber Acoustics AC-401 head set and it doesn't work. I've got it plugged into the lap top properly.......pink in pink, green in green......they're on (instead of mute) and the volume is turned up on the headset, but for what ever reason, they aren't working. I get a little icon in my tray that tells me I'm plugged in. Not sure what might be the problem?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
