I did not mean to denigrate not taking doctor prescribed medication. I take BP medication and in fact am on my 4th pill trial and am getting too high a systolic reading so she will probably change it again. 145 upon arising no coffee or anything is too high. I also take a statin and few other gastro drugs. I just really intended to encourage Alan to be active. I was active on Monday too soon with a cold and now am incapacitated again and will not be going to the gym today as a result. Thank you for posting your thoughts.
