Jim, Actually I think that is it.. and as a reseller/sys admin I don't have time to piss around with companies like that.. I also remember a problem with their earlier boards and non-intel cpu's (it was driver related).. just don't like 'em.. don't care how cheap it is.. Steve Cyrix Rules!
