It looks like you have a nice tax write-off for 1998 as do I. From the fax I rcvd from Martinez, they basically do not care about us so called "Traders". It seems odd, however that most of us who own the warrants have also owned the stock for 4 years. Gooch was correct, I have seen all these write-offs and seen the stock come down from 13 with all these promises and promises. These fat cat managers have over half of million warrants and options with expiration dates of 2002-2006 with lower prices. Even though mgmt benefits if warrants are exercised, they seem to be in no hurry.

I am tired of being a cheerleader for this company, yet they give us these dreams of what the company can be that you hold on to the stock even though they keep blundering. Stock is down from last June, yet the NASDAQ is up over 30 percent, but according to Martinez we should be thankful and worship the ground he walks on.

He is right in that we can sell the stock if were unhappy, but maybe us real owners should vote him and the bumbling fools out!
