DT, My impulsive buying paid off so far. I like this issue because US has good relations with Brazil. We need presence there. Chile, Argentina, are not really our friends. I always remember Falkland Is and GB problem with them. I have friends who adopted children(s) from Chile, terible place, corrupt. They are sponsoring World Boy Scout Event in our summer of 99. Should draw thousands from around the world. So I would think there may be a possible play in there Tele, not because of BS's, but because they want there economy to appear healthy for event.
