Doesn't look adjustable (head wise).

I bot the one from MSFT - Life Chat LX-3000. $30CA two years ago.

google.com

Headset is adjustable (up down). I find some of these are a bit "vice like" when you put it on your head - mine isn't too bad. As per yours - not foam ear pads which was critical to me.

I use it for calling with skype - that is about it - take it with us on trips so didn't want anything fancy or expensive. Spent a bit of time researching this. I have zero complaints and find all the Skype calls come in clear and the people on the other end hear me clearly too.

There is a control for volume and mute which is handy. Cannot qualify MSN Live - but being from MSFT ..........

Other than my comment above I know Sennheiser is a good company.

Ed: Your's cancels noise, the one I have doesn't - but that is a preference v. cost thing.
