These are just the external conflicts. Internally, current management has a consistent track record of solving conflicts by killing lots of people: The Great Leap Forward (30M dead), 1959 and 1987 Tibet uprisings crushed (100K+ dead), Cultural Revolution, millions dead in "reeducation camps", Tiananmen Square. I suppose you could say, all this killing was done carefully...
