Judge Vinson issues a stay of his health care law ruling.

That certainly is NOT how Rush explained it today. From what I heard, it's not such a "peachy" ruling for the Fraud that should be in jail.

I hear he has 7 days to respond...........or else.

AND.................I'm not even a lawyer trying to spin the bad news.
