Chris: Before the 65% run up, Charters saying, "well, if this earthshaking news is coming, how come there is no preannouncement runup?" Now the runup is here, so he has had to drop that one.

I would like to think it is institutions who believe in the company supporting the stock, and not wanting to be left out for the post-announcement liftoff.
