Yes, that article spurred me to begin acquiring TPLM shares. I'm intending to build my position. Fwiw, today I added to positions in thinly-traded SROE.ob (a lot of pv10 compared to enterprise value. Company in LA: not a shale play); averaged up a little on ROSE(no claim by me it's a value buy at current high price); also SDCJF. I like Canadian Arsenal Energy (AEI.to/AEYIF) -- It's one that to me looks like it's undervalued on flowing barrels of oil -- if it can produce (and at least sustain) it's claim of 3300 boe/d at exit rate '11; 85% oil.
GasFrac Energy Services works with the oil shale companies. Its technology uses nat gas instead of water. So there's no issue of contaminating a water supply. (Might be other issues though (safety?) which I'm not aware of. I continue to add to my small position.
