The administration argued in its brief that a single federal judge does not have the authority to bring an entire regulatory scheme to a halt prior to appeal. In his response, Vinson points out on page 13 that the statute they cited for this faulty conclusion was repealed by congress in 1976. LOL - what a bunch of boobs.

So I guess you were wrong.
