$500k I have an offer in for a client on a beautiful lot(about 3/4 ac) with ocean view that can be subd. into 2 lots. it sold in 2003 for 300k and is now a bank reo and will sell for around 130k this time around. Once cut into 2, the lots will be worth the same, about 130k. i see pretty good deals about once a month. Most stuff is too "retail" priced.
