My biggest competition is other people not the market going down...lol That was so 2007-08.. Internet changed things forever but hopefully the zero rate policies will one day end as will all the new funny money diverted by Ben's policies... I will say our right to work state and boom bust economy gave the shaft yet again to the working class, believers in the Bush ownership society and our 'paradise' where you accept so much less in every way to be here. I see too many union and working class folks trading in their still overpriced abodes in those liberal enclaves up north coming here with boatloads of cash/equity these days..Way too arrogant and they feel Floridian's are poor, dumb suckers....
