Gramps,

The reserve numbers are out, via e-mail from BYG. AKA has a reserve calculated at 291,681 ozs., the grade just above .2ozs. per ton. This seems a tad conservative based on estimates around .25-.3ozs. per ton. I'm assuming that they are being very conservative. Hopefully, the mill will be in place by late 1999 as planned. Based on total tonnage and grades, AKA's reserves are a substantial part of what will be processed at Whitehorse. If 50% of the planned production came from the Goddell, then with a production cost of $200 and revenue of $300/oz. AKA would have a cash flow of $1.5mill/yr. or $0.21/share. Present reserves would allow this to continue for six years. Once production starts, a $2.00 share price should be attainable, and if more reserves are discovered, which is a very high probability, the share price should receive an additional boost. If gold prices went and stayed higher the share price would become even more attractive. My fortune cookie several nights ago read, " Don't be hasty, prosperity will knock on your door soon."

Sincerely,

Al Cern
