You need to go to your computer manufacturer website to get the right driver. When you put in the model of your computer, it will give you the correct version of the RealTek driver/software.

Don\t go to RealTeks website go to your manufactures site. You could even call them (notebook maker), even if the notebook is off warranty, some will still point you in the right direction.

But first go to the notebook website, find your model and look for the RealTek drivers for your notebook.
