Anyone,
Having read through the press releases today (and yesterday) and after trying to digest all the news I'm still wondering:

1. Will IOM do any Clik production in-house or license out all production?
a. Where will in-house production take place?
b What will be the ramp-up cost? Timeframe to ramp-up?
c. What about disk production, in-house or licensee's, where, ramp-up cost?
d. What percentage will IOM get in royalties from licensee's?

2. The new San Diego office/Division - Admin only? Production? R&D? California labor rates don't make this an ideal location to be setting up a new Division!

3. Tech patents - Who owns what? Sharing of joint developments? Sharing of costs, profits, etc.

I've been long on IOM over a year, mainly for Zip. I always considered Jaz and n.hand as bonus products that may or may not payoff in the future. It looks like a very real possiblity that n.hand will payoff big now, but there are a lot of unanswered questions at this point IMO. I expected a much bigger move in the stock price today and still think the price is going higher once the market digests the impact of all the developments since yesterday. However, until we know more details we may not get the big price movement most of us expected.

Chris
