Latest from Siskinds: We appreciate your continued interest in this case. At this time there is nothing of substance to report. Certain of the defendants have brought motions to further limit or dismiss the action based on the CCAA order. The motion was argued on November 16, 2010, and the court has requested a further motion regarding the issues. We continue to pursue the action.
