John, CNG refueling stations are not as simple as a liquid fuel pump. The operative word is "compressed". In order to refill in an acceptable amount of time you need to have compressed the NG way above the pressure in the vehicle tank. This takes time and energy and on-site pressure storage. So the cost is significant and it takes a fair amount of real estate for each vehicle, far more than for liquid fuel. QuikTrip here has said then will put CNG in their stations when the demand is here. But, who is going to make big investments when you don't know if the government is going to encourage it or even allow it? What screwy regs will the EPA come up with in the future? Will they outlaw fraccing and suddenly you have an NG supply problem? Nothing is ever simple! Blessings, JRH P.S.
