Even if CVIA goes down from where it is at, the merger will certainly bring it back. The people who are day trading this stock now will not be able to prevent CVIA from going up, assumming a merger is announced. I would not be concerned with one and two cent swings, because it will all be irrelevant once an announcement is made.
