Well lets put it this way they also have entertainment and the 15 machines. The acquistion is not as small as you would imagine. The company is already operating and apparently has done that much this year. News releases generally state a fact and the company can get in MAJOR trouble for NOT posting accurate information. My compnay makes 300K a year so if I were acquired a company could say the acquistion of my company would bring 300K a year to the table. SO 10M is small to me when you consider the whole ball of wax. GB
