OK left that out... as I understand it they are street name which I guess is also why shares can be borrowed so easily for shorting.. .. and the cry 'Register your shares to prevent shorting' .. although naked shorting does not seem to be proscribe in practice.. :O) pause LOL OK I called TD one of my discount brokers... Confirmed that they are in street name.. ie under TD Waterhouse..
