I do think that there are markets in which mass transit would do well...but we have to have very selective deployment. Just a couple of failures and we'll have regressives up in arms.

As you can see its fairly selective.........and remember buildout will span at least 30-40 years.

As for the regressives, I think we need to ignore them and skate around them when they become a problem.
