Dennis,
The DANB chart is starting to look a tad better although TC2000
charting service show major selling still. I'm not totally sure how reliable that is, I wouldn't bet the farm on it. My guess is that this is
a company that needs cash and while I don't think they'll have trouble
raising it the need of it may be causing unease.
In answer to the support areas for RAIN; they are at 24 and then 21 and then, god forbid, 18. You could also make the case although it
may be a stretch, that RAIN has been forming a pennant with the
July low as the bottom point and the Aug top as the top point, and it if this is indeed the case it will be resolved soon with a dramatic move.
Hopefully of course to the upside.
I am going to call RAIN this morning and find out about the secondary. My gut feeling here is that RAIN is making hay while the sun shines. (great pun huh?)
