Quite honestly, I can draw no reasonable inference from this discovery date to anything at all regarding chances of approval. I view the chance of an injunction preventing a Teva launch as minuscule (which was my same reaction to the chance of Sanofi succeeding in preventing MNTA's launch). So from Teva's perspective, why not string things out as long as possible? Peter
