Chris: A lot of the buying by institutions took place earlier this year when the price went from $4 to $14. Insiders already own a substantial amount of shares. They will be quite wealthy if this thing pans out, even without buying more shares.

There have been a lot of discussions about the delays on the IPM thread. We have been waiting for this "imminent" news since March. I was one of those suggesting that the delays signified problems with achieving consistent results in assay and recovery numbers.

However, on September 29, IPM announced that the independent verification program is complete. The issue is out of IPM's hands and in the hands of whatever lab that Behre Dohlbear and Bateman Engineering selected.

By the way, volume for the last two days has been almost 800,000 shares, not 80,000. At an average price of $5 for the past 2 days, that is $4 million.
