Paul, re: there are no technological or patent barriers to Dell's way of doing things Can you substantiate that? Who told you so? When we visited the DELL factory last week, there was a whole wall of patents awarded to DELL. IMHO they were probably not all issued for turning a screw. Still, I do not know how or to what degree, if any, they may inhibit competitors from emulating DELL's model. regards, 3
