Till 1971, Republic of China (Current common named Taiwan due to all comproised One China) is the only internationally recognized China under UN, PRC was an also run country then. So under ROC, I may be asked for if I were a Chinese Patriot. Under current China, Mulan is the one to ask. So why bother to debate with another foreigner like TJ? He is not knowledgible enough about China history in any meaningful manner. He probably know more Weterner history like many of you here. TJ is right however that through out China (Han people history, not Ching (Jing or Chie tribe)dynasty or Yuan (Mongol tribe) dynasty) past history, Chinese (China dynasty - Chinese emperors) had seldom invaded intentionally to loot other countries/tribes. China, then and now, were too poor (unless you got a crazy dictator - Chairmen. Mao or Qing dynasty's Emperor 1 where he built the world famous Great Wall and his personal tombs, etc.)to handle any meaningful attacks any other countries or tribes. One of the slogan that ROC founding father - Dr. Sung claimed to overthrow Ching dynasty back in 1911 was to "Sent back Jing/Chi tribe (They originally resided Northeast of China border), revert Chong_Wa (meaning Han people rule)). For some 300 years Han Chinese lived under Jing tribes or 150 years under Mongol tribe) BH
